Thank you for choosing Little Charm Hotel. We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly, and we aim to make our refund and cancellation process as clear and fair as possible. Please read this policy carefully before making or cancelling a reservation.


1. Cancellations and Refunds

1.1 Flexible Rate Bookings

  • Guests may cancel their reservation up to 7 days before check-in (local hotel time) for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will incur a full deposit charge/ room charge, including taxes and fees.

  • No-shows (failure to check in without prior cancellation) will be charged for the entire stay.

1.2 Non-Refundable Rate Bookings

  • Non-refundable bookings are offered at a discounted rate and cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances.

  • In case of early departure, unused nights are not refundable.


2. Modifications to Reservations

  • Date or room type changes are subject to availability and rate differences.

  • Requests for changes must be made at least 24 hours before check-in.

  • For non-refundable bookings, modifications are not permitted.


3. Group or Long-Stay Reservations

  • For group bookings (5 rooms or more) or stays longer than 7 nights, a special cancellation policy may apply.

4. Early Departure or Shortened Stay

  • If you choose to check out earlier than your original departure date, the hotel reserves the right to charge for the entire booked stay, especially for non-refundable or promotional bookings.


5. Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond your control (natural disasters, government restrictions, health emergencies, etc.), Little Charm Hotel will review each refund request on a case-by-case basis and may offer credit or partial refunds at management’s discretion.


6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

  • Any bank charges, credit card fees, or exchange rate differences are the responsibility of the guest.
